Staff Application
All Around Graphics Designer
1. You must be able to make quality looking graphix for the site. That includes layout, buttons, banners, etc.
2. You must submit graphics every now and then. You have to be able to summit work on a regular basis.
3. If you don't get accepted don't get mad please. If you flame us or our site then we'll ignore it and putyou on the wall of shame.
4. Please add a comment on the main page if you add graphics. Otherwise how will we know if you're keeping up?
5. It is better if you know HTML and or CSS.
6. You also must know how to edit a html/css file. If you don't then you can't update the page.
Layout Designer
1. You must be able to make excellent looking layouts.
2. You have to talk with us sometime,sowe could get to know you. If you don't like me or I don't like you then what's the point in becoming staff together?
3. You must submit at least one layout every 2 months. We understand about school/work or w/e you do and that is important but max time limit 2 months or you are off the staff... sorry
4. you must be able to except suggestions
5. When you put up a layout you must post it on the main page. Otherwise I won't know if you're keeping up or not.
6. It would be nice if you could include extra graphix with the layout.
9. we want variety in your layouts. when you make layouts please don't use just one image. Some of the visitors might not like that image.
Tutorial Writer
1. You must be able to write clear tutorials!
3. You must write at least 1 tutorial every 2 months. if we are out of ideas for tutorials.... you get a break ^_^
4. Your tutorials don't have to have pictures with them but pictures are always nice you know.
5. You can not copy some one else's tutorials and you have to give credit where it is needed on all of your tutorials.
Graphics Designer
1. You must be able to make one to two different kinds of graphics.
3. You must submit atleast 2 graphics a month.
5. Your graphics must look decent.We look for high quality with effort put into them, even if it is a simple button or avatar.
6. If you choose a catagory like avatars for example, you must be able to make almost all sizes!
Other Graphics
1. To apply for a graphics designer you must show us an example of your work. We just need an example.
2. No hentai, or porn. This is a child friendly site people.
Anime Movie Updater
1. Must keep constant watch of new anime movies coming out in Japan. (like for Bleach or Naruto)
2. Must credit the sites
where you got you information from
3. Do a monthly update
4. Delete the movie page once the movie is out in canada/usa in english
